Pre-Admission Program

The FIWA Pre-Admission Program gently introduces students to boarding life, allowing them to grow familiar with the environment at a comfortable pace, building confidence, readiness, and peace of mind for both students and parents.

Pre-admission requirements:

1. Grade:

   • Junior High School candidates: Currently in Grade 3, 4, or 5 (Elementary School).

   • Senior High School candidates: Currently in Grade 7 or 8 (Junior High School).

2. Gender: Boys and Girls are welcome to pre-admission

3. Health: The candidate is in good health.

4. Letter of Participation in the Pre-Admission Program, signed by the parents.

Pre-Admission Program Registration Procedure

1. Online Registration
   Register via the official FIWA website www.fiwaschool.com/pre-admission

2. Parents will receive a confirmation email along with the Letter of Participation in the Pre-Admission Program template.

3. Document Submission
   Submit the signed letter to: registration@fiwa.sch.id

4. Official Registration Status
   Upon submission, parents are officially registered and will receive updates on FIWA programs and events.

5. Admission Test Invitation
   Parents will receive an official admission test invitation letter in July, when the student enters Grade 6 (Elementary School) or Grade 9 (Junior High School).
